Ingredients:
- 946ML Almond milk (we normally use the Blue Diamond brand)
- 2 Tbsp of flour
- 3 Tbsp Steak spice
- 2 Tbsp Salt
- 2 Tbsp Pepper
- 3 Tbsp garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp onion powder
- Spinach
- Mushrooms
- Penne Noodles
- Chicken breasts
Instructions:
- Cook chicken until you see no pink.
- Add Almond milk, flour, spices, spinach, mushrooms, and noodles into the same large skillet that you used to cook the chicken.
- Cook on high heat until it boils, then lower heat to allow to simmer.
- Cook covered for 10mins. Remove cover and cook for another 10mins or until sauce is reduced or thickened.
